USC Entrepreneurship - Start-up of an IT consulting business
Aim: For students to learn the basics of business management with a focus on controlling and process steering based on key performance indicators.
Students will work in smaller sub-groups on a real customer case of an IT solutions provider and gain an insight to business consulting. Cooperation and leadership skills will be strengthened as well as communication and presentation skills.
