REGISTRATION FEE

With the financial support by the German Research Council (DFG), we are happy to be able to keep the conference fee at the amount of 250 Euro, which is the same amount had for the first VMLS workshop. The fee includes the conference dinner at the barque Seute Deern, lunches and coffee breaks at the Sail City conference hotel, a visit to Jacobs University and Fraunhofer MeVis, and a Bremerhaven harbour sightseeing tour.

 

 

HOTEL REGISTRATION
 

To make a reservation at the conference hotel, please directly contact the Sail City Atlantic Hotel Bremerhaven by sending an e-mail with your accomodation wishes to reservierung.ahs@atlantic-hotels.de. Please state your first and last name, date of arrival and departure, and the code VMLS09. The conference rates are 130 Euro per night for a single room and 160 Euro per night for a double room.

 

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

 

Please pick up your workshop material at the registration desk on the day before the workshop (Tuesday) between 19:00 and 20:30 or just before the workshop (Wednesday) between 8:00 and 8:30.
